catch up!

I know I know - it's been even longer this time!! But I've been having a life!!

I've done my First Aid qualification and am doing AED next week!! Whoop whoop! I've joined the local Search & Rescue team - as it's always something I wanted to do when I was policing.

I've started cycling as i'm a porker! And walking - i'm doing a 100km walk in august - in Belgium. Exciting times!

I've been on holiday to sunny Wales where I learned of the wonders of the Jacuzzi!!! I soooo want one now! They're amazing!!!

I finished my counselling and feel better for it. I can now talk about the abuse etc without feeling bad or scared - bonus!

All in all it's been a busy couple of months - and doesn't show any signs of letting up yet!!
