All change

Well, one thing is for certain. My life has changed a lot over the last few months. Certainly since I last blogged it's unrecognisable to what it was.

I'm now single after 9 years. I have a new job with a £9K pay rise - and no nights! I have lost 1 1/2 stone and have more money than I did. I've started up 2 new hobbies. I'm seeing friends - new and old, plus having family time. And while I'm on holiday I've got so many trips booked including Amsterdam.

I can't believe the changes. I might even be buying a house - mortgage pending at the moment.

So it looks like I'm cunningly disguised as a responsible adult now. Hoorah!!

According to my long suffering other half - I moan so much I might as well be called Victor (of the Meldrew variety). So here I go again!!

Why do I work with such a bunch of toss bags in a hellish shithole?!!! There I've said it! One of whom has not changed a bit since school. She was a gobby bitch then and is still the same now. She has definately found her ideal place to be because they're all bitchy, back stabbing, unhelpful know-it-alls!!

Why I cannot pick a nice place to work - with nice people I do not know.

It's been a shit year and I'll be glad to see the back of it quite frankly. Roll on 2010 - it can only get better. The new job looks promising - and the people there actually seem really nice and caring. As one of my nice colleagues said today - "they have a personality"!!! She said it!!

Good week

I've finally had a good week - last week! Not only did I pass my motorbike test - but I also got a new job. One that utilises my skills, knowledge and qualifications, And actually pays me what I was on before rather than a 4K paydrop that was forced on me in this job!!
