Can you believe it?

I spoke to the CRB today who told me the police had NOT actioned the critical application they put in. My very helpful contat did ring them direct to give them the proverbial kick up the rear. She informed me that there was only a short backlog on that list and that my form conveniently disappeared into a void therein.

So me being me and really annoyed (OOPS, oh dear!) rang the disclosure unit direct and spoke to the manager. Who was very polite and helpful (But so was I for a change). She promised me she would action it herself within the next 30 minutes, because as far as she could see there was no reason my form hadn't already been done!!!!!! So in other words - I should have had my form a while ago (Well, at least 2 weeks).

Something is afoot here - something not good. Complaint hovering at 1 1/2 pages after editing. Still not quite finished though.
